At KuKirin Scooter, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy applies to all purchases direct from kukirinscooter.eu. Please review these terms carefully before placing the order.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
2.1 Order Cancellation
Order Processing Time: within 1~2 business days;
Consumers should contact us for cancel the order before shippment and full payment will be refund;
Cut-off time: each friday, 10:00am Warsaw daylight saving time/9:00am Warsaw standard time.
2.1 Accepted Reasons for Return&Refund
Quality issues which affect normal use, you can apply for replacement/refund within 14 natural days upon receiving;
Un-opened/un-used products with original packages (request refund within 14 natural days upon receiving);
Manufacturing defects or damages (request refund within 14 natural days upon receiving);
Incorrect items received (request refund within 14 natural days upon receiving).
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Electric scooter batteries and electrical components;
Used or manual damaged products;
Products without original packages or accessories;
Customized or special items.
3. Battery Performance Notice
Our range estimates are calculated under optimal conditions:
Rider weight: 75kg
Temperature: 20°C
Terrain: Flat urban surfaces
Speed: 25km/h average
Actual range may vary up to 30% based on:
✓ Rider weight and riding style
✓ Weather conditions
✓ Terrain elevation
✓ Maintenance history
4. Return Process
4.1 Please fill out the request form and submit it to support@kukirinscooter.eu, preferably with photos or videos of the product issues;
Downlod the Request File
4.2 With your requst approval by Kukirin, Customer Support will share the corresponding return address to you;
double check the product and package which must be in original status and good packaging as you receive; the customer is responsible for good packaging.
4.3 Please return the product and provide the tracking number to Kukirin within 7 natural days. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired.
4.4 Kukirin will arrange refund or replacement after receiving package within 3~5 business days.
4.5 Return Shipping Cost: Kukirin will cover the return shipping costs for quality issues;
In other cases, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer;

5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Processing: 3-5 business days after package received
Bank transfer: 7-10 business days base on your bank policy.
5.2 Refund Method
Fully returned by original payment channel, Kukirin won't charge return cost.
6. Special Cases
6.1 Pre-Orders
May cancel before shipping with bearing the transaction fee
No cancellations after shipment
6.2 EU Consumer Rights
14 natural days' right of withdrawal for unused items
Customer bears return shipping cost
7. Warranty Claims
Separate from return policy:
12-month limited warranty on frames
6-month warranty on electrical components
