KuKirin guarantees that all products undergo rigorous quality inspections prior to shipment. We pledge to resolve defects arising from materials or workmanship with efficiency and transparency.
2. Warranty Coverage & Terms
2.1 7-Day No-reason Refund
2.1.1 Eligibility
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for no reason, regardless of product condition (subject to the requirements below);
This policy applies only to unboxed, unused, resalable items;
2.1.2 Requirements
The product, all accessories, original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact, undamaged, and in their original condition to allow resale;
The product must show no signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer;
Items that cannot be resold due to damage, missing parts, or removed labels will not qualify for a full refund.
2.1.3 Process
Contact Us: Reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a no-reason return.
Ship the Item: You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned item meets all requirements, we will process a full refund.
If the item is found to be damaged, non-resalable, or incomplete, the return will be rejected, and the product will remain your property. We offer free refurbishment services at your request to help resolve this.
2.2 14-Day Quality Issue Refund or Replacement
2.2.1 Eligibility
Defects, functional failures, shipping damages, incorrect/missing items detected within 14 days of delivery (calculated based on the logistics delivery date).
2.2.2 Requirements
Submit timestamped unboxing photos/videos showing packaging integrity, product SKU/IMEI/serial number, and clear visual evidence of the issue (e.g., damage, missing parts).
2.2.3 Resolution Options (verified claims):
Full refund (Kukirin bear the shipping cost);
Free replacement of new unit or parts;
Partial refund for minor discrepancies.
2.3 Free Repairs/Replacements (15 Days – 12 Months)
2.3.1 Coverage
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
2.3.2 Process
Return defective units to KuKirin (Kukirin covers return shipping).
KuKirin provides free repairs/parts and return pay the new delivery fee.
2.4 Lifetime Paid Repairs (Post-Warranty)
Services:
Technical support and genuine parts at cost (see Parts Price List).
Costs: customers/users bear parts, labor, and shipping fees.
Ownership: Repaired units belong to the buyer.
3. Parts & Logistics Policy

4. Non-Warranty Exclusions
The following cases void warranty coverage, even within the warranty period:
Environmental Abuse:
Water immersion (>4cm depth) damaging batteries, controllers, or circuits.
Prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments.
Misuse:
Overloading, sustained uphill use, or off-road driving causing mechanical stress.
Failure to perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, bolt tightening).
Unauthorized Modifications: Structural/functional alterations or non-OEM parts.
Document Issues: Invalid/Missing proof of purchase, tampered serial numbers.
Legal Non-Compliance: Violations of local regulations leading to malfunctions.
5.Service Process
5.1 Claim Submission
Email support@kukirinscooter.eu with Purchase invoice, product IMEI/SKU, defect details, and evidence (photos/video).
5.2 Evaluation:
Preliminary response within 24 hours (business days).
Technical assessment completed in ≤5 business days.
5.3 Resolution:
Warranty claims: Parts shipped or repairs completed within 10 business days.
Non-warranty cases: Quote provided for approval before repair.
5.4 Dispute Handling:
Third-party inspection available at claimant’s expense (refunded if KuKirin is at fault).
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
No Consequential Liability: KuKirin is not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., loss of income, data, or personal injury).
Refurbished Parts: Repairs may use refurbished components matching OEM performance.
