1. What is the max loading weight of KuKirin scooter?

Max loading weight for S1: 100kg, G4 Max could load max weight of 150kg, and other models max loading of 120kg; heavy-loaded scooters will lessen your range and average speed, which is suggested to be considered for your riding.

2. What PSI level should I keep the tires inflated at?

Kukirin recommend inflating its tires to 31.9-34.8 psi (220-240 kPa).

3. Which model has the longest range?

Theoretically, KuKirin C1 Pro has the longest range of 100km with average speed riding; and if you have higher budget, KuKirin G2 Master offers max 70km riding range and G3 Pro could reach 80km for longest.

4. Considering range and cost, which model is the best choice for riding in the city

If you buy escooter mainly for city riding, the most important factors may be range, speed and cost; then KuKirin firstly recommend you G2 Pro: it has three speeds for choice, max up to 55km/h; and long range about 60km; it's equiped with 48V lithium battery and 600W brushless motor; you could get it for less than €530 with delivery.

5. What factors will affect the riding range?

The actual range depends on a variety of factors such as battery status, tire pressure, load, temperature, wind speed, road conditions, and riding habits.

1. How long do batteries last and when should I replace them?

Battery lifespan:

500-800 full charge cycles (≈2-4 years typical use)

After 500 cycles, expect 20-30% range reduction

⚠ Replacement signs:

Range drops below 50% of original

Takes significantly longer to charge

Physical swelling or overheating

Prolong battery life:

Store at 30-50%SOC without riding for more than 1 month

Avoid charging in temperature <0°C or >40°C

2. What regular maintenance does my scooter need?

4. Can I ride my scooter in the snow?

We don't recommend you ride it in snow due to the danger, and the battery will run out faster than normal temperature.

5. Will the speed decrease as the battery level is lower?

Yes. The more battery power is consumed, the lower the voltage, and the corresponding speed will be slower.

1. When can i receive my scooter after payment done?

You will receive and email for information confirmation after payment; we will package your scooter and deliver it from local warehouse in Germany; delivery time varies according to your location usually about 2-7 business days.

2. Do i need to pay for the shipping or taxes?

KuKirin provides free shipping for all models on sale, and taxes/duties will be covered.

3. Can i change or cancel my order?

Before shipping: you could inform us the first time to change or cancel your order;

After shipping: Package delivery cannot be intercepted, so you could return the parcel to our warehouse after you receive it (you should keep the parcel status original), andl the return shipping will be paid at your side.

4. How could i do for missing orders or damaged ones?

Please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated if you inform us about missing issue or faulty items within 3 business days of upon receiving; and we will effectively handle the matter for you.
